Mediblink Spacer for Aerosol Medication MediFlow S M491

Intended purpose and use: The spacer for aerosol medication MediFlow is a holding chamber, and is used in conjunction with medication sprays or "metered dose inhalers" (MDIs) in the treatment of diseases of the airways.

Can be used with most type/size/brand metered dose inhalers (MDIs) and it does not contain BPA and natural rubber latex. Soft 100% Small silicone mask S included (mask size suitable for 0-1 year old children - for correct mask size please consult your healthcare professional). The transparent antistatic chamber makes it easy to check the valve movement for proper medication delivery.

It has an acoustic signal for breath control: Slow down your breathing if you hear a whistle while inhaling.

Easy to count patient's breaths with valve movement.

Usage Procedure:

1. Remove cap from the inhaler (MDI) and shake it immediately before use.
2. Insert inhaler into the backpiece of the spacer.
3. Place the mask on your face and do your inhalation as instructed.
4. Wait 1 minute if another dose is needed and repeat steps 1-3.

Cleaning: Remove the back piece and disassemble the other parts of the MediFlow spacer. Soak all parts for 15 minutes in lukewarm water (temperature must not exceed 60ºC) with liquid detergent. Agitate gently. Rinse in clean water. Shake out excess water. Let air dry in vertical position. If you wash the product in the dishwasher, make sure that the temperature does not exceed 60 ºC. Do not clean with boiling or hot water as this will damage your MediFlow spacer. Only silicone mask may be cleaned in boiling or hot water.
